Simple, transparent pricing. Your $50/month subscription fee will begin once you run payroll. When we complete your year-end filing in January, you will also be billed an annual fee of $45 plus $5 per employee. That’s it.
We don’t lock you into contracts. We don’t add on a bunch of hidden setup fees, direct deposit fees, change employee fees, etc. that many other services charge.
Fees we do charge
Some client errors that cause hardship on our end do incur a fee. These fees are rare. The most common fee we need to charge is for insufficient funds or failure to provide a state account number after multiple requests. For transparency we list our fee schedule here:
Your account may be cancelled at any time. Click “help” from your dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the page. Then click our cancellation link.
In general terms you can cancel immediately with no additional charges, pay through the end of the quarter to complete your quarterly tax filings/payments, or pay a reduced monthly rate through the end of the year if you want quarterly tax filings/payments and want to file your year-end forms like W-2 and receive a Schedule H for your tax filings. These options are spelled out in the cancellation link from your dashboard.
